A buttery crust topped with creamy frosting and fresh fruit
Preheat the oven to 350. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Cut in butter. Add egg and vanilla. Mix until combined. Spread dough out on a greased 12" pizza pan. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Remove the crust from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
Combine the cream cheese and yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Beat until mixture is light and fluffy and lump-free. Set aside.
Wash fruit well. Cut into bite-sized pieces
Spoon the frosting over the crust and spread out evenly.
