Preheat oven to 350.
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Set aside. Beat butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and orange juice. Slowly pour in dry ingredients. Mix until just incorporated. Fold in orange peel and nuts. Pour batter into two greased and floured mini loaf pans (or one large). Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let bread cool before removing from pans.
